BOLD Huntsville and Huntsville Black-owned Businesses Announces The BOLD Market: A Celebration of Black-Owned Excellence This August

Huntsville, AL — June 12, 2025 — BOLD Huntsville and Huntsville Black-Owned Businesses (HBB) proudly present The BOLD Market, a dynamic expo-style event celebrating Black Business Month on Sunday, August 10, 2025, at The Orion Amphitheatre in Huntsville, Alabama.

This first-of-its-kind experience will feature local Black-owned businesses, food trucks, live music, giveaways, and interactive shopping—all designed to highlight the innovation and creativity thriving within our community. Attendees can expect a full day of fun, connection, and inspiration, with vendor booths, live entertainment, and spotlight features throughout the day.

“The BOLD Market is more than just an event,” says Kanique Mighty-Nugent, Founder of BOLD Huntsville and Huntsville Black-owned Businesses. “It’s a movement to elevate and invest in Black entrepreneurship and leadership right here in Huntsville. This is a space where culture meets commerce, and the community is invited to take part in something powerful.”

Proceeds from the event will support the BOLD Business Accelerator, a program designed to equip Black entrepreneurs with the tools, mentorship, and funding necessary to grow and sustain successful businesses in the region.
