LJ’z Backyard Bayou is a veteran owned and operated catering company that provides pan size meals and catering to families and local small businesses. On the weekend (Fri-Sunday’s), LJ’z Backyard Bayou transforms to a popup restaurant serving all the Cajun and creole favorites to include Po Boys, Seafood, Jambalaya and our popular in-house made Boudin Balls.
Hustle’N Pop was started in May 2020 in Huntsville Alabama. The business was founded by Quintellis and Cinthia Darden.Our love for the aroma and delicious flavor motivated my wife and I to start our own kettle corn business. We take pride in the Hustle’N Pop brand. Our goal is to produce a quality and consistent product that our customers will enjoy.
Nikia knew she wanted to do something extraordinary from a young age. Little did she know that helping her mother and grandmother in the kitchen would spark her curiosity. Nikia knew at the age of 12, she was destined to own a restaurant. She
didn’t know how she would get there or how she would be able to finance it, but it was going to happen.
Frankie’s Crab Shack is proudly owned and operated by Fran Bolden and family. The family is new to serving the Tennessee Valley, but has been in the industry for more than twenty years! Frankie’s is excited to offer delicious, fresh seafood to the Greater Huntsville Area!
