Nikia knew she wanted to do something extraordinary from a young age. Little did she know that helping her mother and grandmother in the kitchen would spark her curiosity. Nikia knew at the age of 12, she was destined to own a restaurant. She didn’t know how she would get there or how she would be able to finance it, but it was going to happen. Her love for cooking and seeing the need for more vegan and plant-based options, launched her into a whirlwind adventure in the vegan and plant-based food industry. With confidence and a dream, she took a blind leap of faith and launched Vujee Vegan in September 2020.
