Huntsville, AL — Huntsville Black-Owned Businesses (HBB) is proud to announce the return of HBB Live, its highly anticipated livestream shopping experience, alongside the launch of a new initiative: the HBB Black History Month Visibility Suite.
Taking place on Friday, February 27, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., HBB Live is an 8-hour live broadcast showcasing Black-owned businesses as vendors highlight their products and services in real time. The event builds on the success of HBB’s previous live broadcasts held during Black Friday and Cyber Monday, which generated thousands of views and high audience engagement.
For Black History Month, HBB is also offering the BHM Flipbook, a curated digital publication featuring Black-owned businesses for those who prefer off-camera visibility. Together, these two platforms form the HBB Black History Month Visibility Suite, giving business owners multiple ways to increase exposure during one of the most impactful months of the year.
“This year, we wanted to create more intentional pathways for businesses to be seen,” said Kanique Mighty-Nugent, Founder of Huntsville Black-Owned Businesses. “The Visibility Suite allows entrepreneurs to show up live, be featured in print, or do both — maximizing impact during Black History Month and beyond.”
HBB Live will be streamed live on Facebook and YouTube, allowing viewers to shop, support, and connect with Black-owned businesses throughout the day. The BHM Flipbook will be promoted across HBB’s digital platforms and shared with its growing audience, offering ongoing visibility beyond the live event.
Vendor registration is now open, with registration deadlines on January 30 and February 15. Participation is limited to maintain quality and visibility for all featured businesses.
Black-owned businesses interested in participating can register at bhm.hbb.directory.
